Free Yoga in Benson Park

Yoga in Benson Park is back for another Summer!

Join us every Sunday in June, July and August (weather permitting) at 10am in Benson Park, Picton, for FREE yoga classes courtesy of The Royal Hotel and organized by The Messina Movement.

This is a fun and inclusive environment for all ages, people and skill levels!

We ask that you BYOM (bring your own mat!), come with a smile and bring a friend!

While you’re in town, stop by The Royal for brunch, then head over to the Picton Farmers Market for local goods, fresh produce and artisan pieces.

We being June 7 with a fabulous lineup of local teachers rotating every Sunday!
