On Sunday, March 5th, Charlie’s Burgers will be taking up residency at The Royal Hotel for a night of terrific food and free-flowing wine pairings, honouring the grand dish of Alsace; Choucroute Garnie, with Chef Albert Ponzo and Afrim Pristine of Cheese Boutique.

An extraordinary culinary adventure featuring Raclette, Foie Gras, Escargots, Caviar, the Alsatian classic; Choucroute and a selection of the best regional French cheeses by Afrim. All paired with Champagne, Morgon, Burgundian Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chablis, growers cognac and the legendary Louis XIII cognac, to name a few.
