Chris Nuttall-Smith, Top Chef Canada judge and former national food critic for the Globe and Mail, says Edulis is ‘pleasure bordering or delirium’ and ‘there is no restaurant in Canada that beats Edulis for a one-of-a-kind-very-special-occasion dining experience. They do such an incredible job – constantly striving – and they can stand up to any place in the world.’
