Nothing Is What It Seems Oeno Gallery In the Royal Annex

Oeno Gallery invites you to attend their exhibition opening of Nothing Is What It Seems this Saturday, Oct 1, from 5-7 pm.

Oeno Gallery at The Royal Annex is proud to present the Maelstrom Series–exciting new work by Canadian artist Shayne Dark. Poised between abstraction and representation, the Saskatchewan-born sculptor’s dynamic pieces were inspired by chaotic current events. Coated in brilliant colour, these beautiful, unique metal sculptures symbolize a thoughtful intersection of the industrial and the organic. In concert with Dark, an intriguing collection of sculptors and painters will also be on display: Viktor Mitic, Adam Cohen, and Derya Ozparlak. Look closely! Nothing Is What It Seems—(Appearances can be deceiving!)

Exhibition dates: October 1, 2022 — October 24, 2022
