Welcome to a very special Winemakers’ Hour hosted by The Royal Hotel. Join us every Wednesday for FREE wine tastings from local wineries from every corner of The County
Enjoy a tasting of natural and authentic wine from Prince Edward County, Italy and around the globe presented by our Sommelier and Sr. Manager of Food and Beverage on Friday, March 17, from 5 pm to 6 pm.
We will be exploring what makes natural wine, “natural” and how ancient winemaking techniques and practices are influencing modern wines.

Book a two-hour consultation with Dr. Ayung, an Ayurvedic Medicine Teacher. Each treatment starts with a consultation to ascertain your dosha type & to design a personalized treatment. Using your doshic pulse and other Ayurvedic diagnostics, she will assess your core nature & imbalances. With gentle diet modifications, and herbal and lifestyle recommendations, Dr. Ayung will help you feel your best. The following sessions are available:

Introducing La Grande Choucroute with Charlie Burger and Cheese Boutique at The Royal Hotel
On Sunday, March 5th, Charlie’s Burgers will be taking up residency at The Royal Hotel for a night of terrific food and free-flowing wine pairings, honouring the grand dish of Alsace; Choucroute Garnie, with Chef Albert Ponzo and Afrim Pristine of Cheese Boutique.
An extraordinary culinary adventure featuring Raclette, Foie Gras, Escargots, Caviar, the Alsatian classic; Choucroute and a selection of the best regional French cheeses by Afrim. All paired with Champagne, Morgon, Burgundian Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chablis, growers cognac and the legendary Louis XIII cognac, to name a few.
Special room rates for The Royal await those that join this incredible dinner.
